Hi! I’m Marisa and I am so glad you are here.

About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Marisa Travalini, and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development from Sacramento State University.

I specialize in working with young adults, teenagers, and children, providing a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or other life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to create a space where you can explore, heal, and grow in a sustainable and authentic way.

Outside of the therapy office, I find joy in baking, taking walks with my labradoodle, and spending quality time with my family. I believe in the importance of self-care and balance, which I try to embody in both my professional and personal life.

If you’re seeking support or guidance, I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and growth.

I am passionate about working with teenagers, families, and parents. I provide a collaborative, safe space to better support sustainable change and positive coping.
